If the appearance of a DVD or video game is questionable to you, then it's probably something we wouldn't be able to accept. Catching this before you send your items in to us will save us all a little time and effort. Remember, any items you wish returned to you will have to be shipped back at your expense.

As you are making payment for some items with your own games/dvds, we will send out on receipt of the items you have sold to us. We will put your items aside so no-one else can purchase them. This depends on which method of postage you choose to send us your items. We aim to check in all items within 24 hours of receipt (may be longer during busy times but we will let you know if this is the case)of the items and crediting your account.
Please note that games are sent into a PO Box address held with royal mail - sometimes there are delays in games arriving to this address but we can chase up if you feel that an item you have despatched hasnt arrived yet.

This is up to you! We give you a postage credit per item, something none of our competitors do. The quicker you send out, the sooner we get the items and the sooner you get your credit and cash. We recommend you send recorded delivery to ensure compensation or at the very least obtain proof of delivery from the post office. This will ensure that if it gets lost, you can claim compensation from them. It is your sole responsibility in ensuring the items get to us safely, so if you send recorded, you can track the delivery. Entirely up to you!
