We do not accept music CDs or PC games.We do not accept multiple copies of the same items.
Complete checkout in order to lock in the prices quoted for your games and dvds.
We cover the cost of postage of up to £10 on top of the price quoted - you can send up to 250 dvds for £10 using a courier!
You have 7 days to send to us in order to receive prices quoted. Those orders sent after this date will have the current prices applied.
You will be sent an email with instructions as to where to send your items. You will need to print out this email and include with your order to ensure we can process quickly.
If you do not have a printer, simply drop a note with your order number and email address so we can track it at our end.
Find a box or packaging that will ensure your items are not damaged in transit to us. We pay you an extra 20 pence per item to cover the postage of your goods to us.
Send your items to the address provided - you will need to pay for postage but we pay you an extra postage credit to help cover this cost. Please ensure that for valuable orders that you send by trackable means.
Upon testing, we will let you know when this has completed and you can then log in to request payment by cheque.
Any items that do not pass testing can be sent back to you at cost, or recycled on your behalf.
